The Scale

ImmoScout24 serves users with very different goals: renting, buying, investing, comparing neighborhoods, saving searches, returning to listings and making high-stakes housing decisions over time.
The UX challenge was rarely a single screen. It was the continuity between entry points, search behavior, result evaluation, detail pages and repeat usage across app and web.
